# Delete Fallback Origin for Custom Hostnames

client.CustomHostnames.FallbackOrigin.Delete(ctx, body) (\*[FallbackOriginDeleteResponse](<https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/go/resources/custom_hostnames#(resource)%20custom_hostnames.fallback_origin%20%3E%20(model)%20FallbackOriginDeleteResponse%20%3E%20(schema)>), error)

DELETE/zones/{zone\_id}/custom\_hostnames/fallback\_origin

Removes the fallback origin configuration for custom hostnames on a zone. Custom hostnames without specific origins will no longer have a fallback.
