# Pay Invoice

accounts.pay\_invoice.create(PayInvoiceCreateParams\*\*kwargs) -> [PayInvoiceCreateResponse](<https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/python/resources/accounts#(resource)%20accounts.pay_invoice%20%3E%20(model)%20pay_invoice_create_response%20%3E%20(schema)>)

POST/accounts/{account\_id}/pay-invoice

Pays an outstanding invoice for an account. Returns a Stripe client secret when Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is required to complete the payment.

invoice\_id: Optional\[str]

The identifier of the invoice to pay.

payment\_method\_id: Optional\[str]

The payment method to use. If omitted, the default payment method is used.
