# Disable Email Routing

email\_routing.dns.delete(DNSDeleteParams\*\*kwargs) -> [Settings](<https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/python/resources/email_routing#(resource)%20email_routing%20%3E%20(model)%20settings%20%3E%20(schema)>)

DELETE/zones/{zone\_id}/email/routing/dns

Disable your Email Routing zone. Also removes additional MX records previously required for Email Routing to work.
