# Archives Security Center Insight

security\_center.insights.dismiss(strissue\_id, InsightDismissParams\*\*kwargs) -> [InsightDismissResponse](<https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/python/resources/security_center#(resource)%20security_center.insights%20%3E%20(model)%20insight_dismiss_response%20%3E%20(schema)>)

PUT/{accounts\_or\_zones}/{account\_or\_zone\_id}/security-center/insights/{issue\_id}/dismiss

Archives a Security Center insight for an account or zone, removing it from the active insights list while preserving historical data.

The Account ID to use for this endpoint. Mutually exclusive with the Zone ID.
